Role Summary: This role is responsible for overall operation and maintenance of Injection Molding Dept including end to end people management and ensuring safety of people and equipment. To focus on improving productivity by challenging the status quo and by implementing best practices on the shop floor.

Roles and Responsibility:

- Setting goals to team in line with management objectives.

- Overseeing production operation - RM requirement, production scheduling, packing material mgmt. etc.

- To develop High performance frontline Team to independently handle shop floor activities.

- Coordination with dispatch team, stores, SCM, purchase team.

- Daily and Monthly MIS preparation with analysis.

- Monthly Raw material reconciliation.

- Monthly Production and raw material planning.

- Assessing new projects and automation requirements to improve productivity and Quality

- Technical support to the team Molding machines.

- Responsible to maintain safety standards as per organization requirements. Leading the safe work practices in the production area. Work towards Zero incident culture.

- Capex/opex planning for improvement projects, new machineries planning to build capacity and preparation of business case for all improvement projects

- Support the team to ensure product quality as per required standard.

- Determining quality control standards. - for new products / changes in existing products.

- Initiate process optimization and cost-effective solutions

- Ensuring Preventive maintenance of all equipment/machines.
