Alfa Laval India Pvt Ltd,is looking for Customer Order Management Executive for it's Pune office.
Roles and responsibilities as below :
- Order scrutiny with respect to Alfa Laval standard policies like Minimum standard, credit control, export policy etc., payment terms, incoterms etc
- Order entry into movex ERP system with complete correctness of data and information
- Ensure Order entry within specified timeline as KPI with maintaining correctness of data
- Follow for payment based on payment terms like proforma invoice payment etc
- Co-ordination with Factory/E&S for confirmed delivery date, Order acceptance etc., Follow up for on time delivery, Internal and external customer communication
- Ensure timely and correct invoicing as per the contract, Letter of credit, GST rules and other commercial terms.
- Ensure timely despatch, Invoicing, documentations, co-ordination etc to satisfy the customer and fulfil the commitment Timely Sending invoices to customers for payment and LC Negotiation
- Continuous improvement in respective area, initiate process improvement, automation etc.
Salary Offered : 10-15 LPA
