The position is a crucial link between sales, customer and delivery and is key to the organisation's success.

What is the position-

The position will be accountable for customer facing technical sales including solution pitching, requirement gathering, solution architecting, RFP proposals preparation, partner liaising and BoM generation (HW and SW). He/She will be a key contributor in closing and finalizing deals.

What will you do-

Engage with customers to understand their business and technical needs and service them with best possible solutions.

Manage & deliver product specific presentations and demonstrations to prospects and partners.

Own proposals & bids in BSS/OSS space for Broadband, Mobile, LTE and Wifi service providers.

Respond to RFPs & RFI compliances, design solution, prepare BoM, do HW sizing, prepare solution documents, technical proposal and pricing.

Present the solution and BoM to the customer. Respond to customer queries and support sales.

Maintain technical documents and collaterals

Identify and form strategic partnerships/tie-ups with complementing technology product vendors for providing a comprehensive solution based on customer requirements.

What should you have:

Thorough understanding of Telecom Business Processes and in-depth domain knowledge in all or either of these areas
- Mobile broadband & Internet of Things

- PCRF, OCS, IMS, AAA, Partner Management, MVNO Billing

- Core technical expertise in 3G, LTE, Mobile broadband and Wifi solutions

- Sound knowledge of Radius/ Diameter/SS7 protocols, Gx, Gy etc will be an additional advantage.

- Hands on experience in Presales, Proposal Management & Bid Management in Telecom OSS and BSS systems;

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

- A blend of strong business and technical acumen.

- Ability to understand telecom requirements & conceptualize end to end solution.

- Ability to work under short deadlines and pressure

- Readiness to work in flexible timings to be able to support opportunities in other geographies (Africa, Middle East. LATAM & Europe).

- Ability to liase with clients & engage with cross-functional teams

- High energy and passion for telecom.

Education

- Bachelors and/or Masters degree in engineering Degree

- MBA degree preferred from preferred from a reputed institute

- At least 7 years of telecom experience
