Alepo is seeking an experienced Business Development (Channel Partners) person to join our team in Navi Mumbai or Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for a new business unit building relationships with leading System Integrators in India. You'll work closely with Alepo's international executive team in the US & Europe to bring our revenue to new levels.

Primary job responsibilities

- Understand the System Integrator business model and sales cycle, Build relationships with the business development and program teams within the System Integrators

- Understand the market - Know the end-user customers that the System Integrators serve, the relevant System Integrators in the market, and key programs both pre-award and post-award, Establish credibility with System Integrators via knowledge of the telecom market

- Manage KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) calls, conversations, opportunities found, and talk time

Required skills

- 5-8 years of business development experience selling to system integrators

- Experience selling software solutions - Telecom BSS/OSS preferred

- Tenacity to develop relationships and close deals

- Track record in similar role in previous companies

- Salesforce.com experience

- Good reporting and forecasting skills

- Excellent leadership skills

- Bachelor's degree is preferred
