Job Purpose
Provide sales support at Head Office, which includes sales analysis, organization of sales meetings,, report generation, quotations, record maintenance and other administrative activities.
Support & effectively monitor all sales related efforts and help prepare effective sales plans for the region.
1. The Sales Analyst is responsible for the collection (MIS Data), analysis, and reporting of sales related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity.
2. He/She must collect sales records and evaluate performance based on sales targets. The development and tracking of key Product performance indicators.
3. The Sales Analyst will create both standardized & custom reports, conduct quantitative product & sales analysis; provide support for internal, retailer & consumer promotions.
4. Daily -Weekly-Monthly reports
5. Communicate sales reporting to Senior Management
6. Analyze results and set up reports containing respective conclusions, ideas, and general guidance
7. Generate ad hoc reporting for Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Business Planning, and Product Management
Looking for:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Expert knowledge of Excel, VBA, our CRM and relational databases
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint
