The Role -
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will provide HR leadership and consultation to business leaders and line managers on the people-related matters.
Major Accountabilities -
An experienced HR professional with expertise in coaching, consulting and facilitating, with a proven ability in gaining credibility with business leaders. Quickly learn, understand and remain current on the drivers to company performance, and have the resourcefulness to deliver results.
- Execute HR strategies, which support Business goals.
- Adjust HR execution plans, as needed, to respond to changing business requirements.
- Support the execution of a comprehensive talent strategy, for the business.
- Support the management of an effective workforce planning strategy, including the documentation of opportunities.
- Support Business Leaders on the Performance Management program and annual compensation cycle, to ensure decisions are consistent with talent strategies.
- Coordinate the analysis and publication of relevant HR metrics to communicate to Business Leaders.
- Implement strategic HR initiatives, which support business and objectives.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team to acquire right talent and adopt right selection process for the business.
- Partner with affiliate HR on the development and execution of HR programs.
- Overall should facilitate to attract, develop and retain the Human Resource talent for the business responsible
Experience Required-
Total 8 + years of experience of which, at least 5 years of HR and OD experience in the healthcare industry.
