Alchemist Asset Reconstruction - Financial Analyst

Alchemist Asset Reconstruction Company Limited (AARC) is engaged in acquisition of distressed financial assets from the banking system and unlocking the value from these assets by customized reconstruction and value enhancement of the underlying businesses / securities through an efficient resolution process. It is one of prominent ARC in India, duly licensed by the RBI in 2007.

We are looking for a candidate with minimum 3 -5 years experience from a law firm, CA Firm, Bank or Financial Institution with DEBT RESTRUCTURING Experience. The candidate would have the following roles and responsibilities.

- Financial Modelling for restructuring work.

- Analyzing and determining feasibility of business model.

- Preparation of Financial Statements, MIS.

- Preparation of financial projections/models for fund raising.

- Coordinating with the Banks/Institutions with regard to fund raising .

- Budget and Monitoring .

- Assessing proposals /deals/transactions .
