Responsible for leading Pan India HR functions by creating a healthy and efficient work environment.
Experience in HR Generalist profile i.e. Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Labor Laws & Industrial Relations and General admin.
Preferably, well versed in compliance audit & Industrial relations and statutory compliance.
Educational qualification: Recognized degree with MBA /PG Diploma in Management with specialization in Human Resource or Labour Laws or Industrial Relations.
Work experience: Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in HR
