Job Description:
- Handling Campus Recruitment.
- Manpower Planning & Optimization.
- It includes 70% recruitment & 30% administrative task.
- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Ensure statutory compliance to applicable regulations within timelines.
- Responsible for handling end to end process of recruitment and other HR activities.
- Understanding the Talent requirements of Business & accordingly hire the talent within the TAT.
- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
- Employment processes management at Transactional level such as employee creation in database, confirmation, separation etc.
- Develop and nurture partnerships and cultivate an environment for a positive employee experience via well managed HR processes.
- Understanding the requirements and source relevant candidates from Job Portal, LinkedIn, Networking, Head Hunting and other available sources.
- Conducting skip level interviews and Exit / Stay interviews to understand the ground realities and work on an action plan with the business head.
- Responsible for managing recruitment and selection process of the region in line with the budget and needs of business lines on timely basis.
- Initiate and facilitate the Talent Review process for Talent Management and Talent Development, along with Training need analysis of identified talent.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR tech platforms, and data-driven recruiting.
- Leads and/or supports annual HR cycle deliverables to include performance management; incentive and bonus awards; benefits enrolment; etc.
- Implement processes around talent development, engagement, rewards and recognition, performance management, talent management, succession planning, and employee relations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Post Graduate in MBA in HR (preferably) with minimum 5 years of experience in hardcore HR Recruitment activities in any industry.
- Demonstrate experience of working with multiple human resource disciplines, eg employee relations, compensation practices, performance management, staffing, talent development and employment laws.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
- Understanding overall HR Process & best practices.
