Job Description: Manager, Corporate Marketing and Business Development
Reporting to: Managing Director
Reportees: Field Marketing, Social Media Executives (2)
This role will focus on aligning our external-focused corporate marketing with our external sales and business development objectives with the goal of doubling our sales revenue within 1 year. You will be responsible for the creation, development and execution of corporate marketing campaigns and business development initiatives focusing on awareness and new business generation, targeting consumers, corporates, hospitals, doctors, sports clubs/bodies and other key influencers.
Responsibilities and Key Tasks:
1. Understand, have complete knowledge of and further develop and enhance our service offerings and plans;
2. Determine the target consumer, corporate and other groups for each centre for generating new business, develop their profiles and the appropriate vehicles with which to reach these new clients;
3. Develop a marketing and BD strategy 3 months ahead based on projected business plan for each centre with the goal of doubling each centre's revenue within 1 year;
4. Ensure that we are maximizing all possible marketing vehicles with which to reach our target groups including RWA- s, social and sport clubs, schools, corporates etc using social media, website/on-line marketing, SMS and push marketing, advertorial and editorial, emailer campaigns, events and SEO;
5. Be aware of and collect data on potential or actual competitors and ensure that we are always ahead with our USP;
6. Identify and organise relevant industry and healthcare events, melas, etc., for us to have visibility;
7. Manage the appropriate agencies for graphic design, printing, media relations and events;
8. Organise relevant CME- s, workshops, presentations either at our centres or externally where relevant;
9. Create and deliver collateral as required together with our graphic design team/suppliers;
10. Incorporate our proof-points and case studies as appropriate in advertorials, posters, emailers etc.
11. Prepare and deliver presentations to target clubs, corporate groups, sports associations etc.;
12. Develop and implement an on-going communications program with regular newsletters, emailers each month, health tips of the month and relevant/interesting events etc., that bring them back;
13. Preserve our core branding strategy and integrity, ensuring conformity to same across all marketing and sales media;
14. Ensure that the Client Information System (Evolko) is giving the required information for marketing and business development purposes;
15. Create monthly external marketing campaign calendar for Delhi/NCR indicating budget and expected revenues;
16. Work with the director and other team/management members to decide appropriate media pitches and to which publications depending on target demographic group;
17. Participate as part of the management & marketing team to ensure that sales and marketing goals are achieved;
18. Prepare monthly Sales reports of sales, AP and MB plans to be circulated to Management team.
19. Prepare monthly report on marketing initiatives (i) of past month with outcomes (ii) plan for next month.
Skills Required:
MBA, 8 - 14 years experience
Preferred services industry experience
Excellent communication skills and ability to multi task
