Introducing state-of-the-art, German designed rehabilitation equipment together with our team of experienced and certified medical professionals led by Dr. Mueller and Dr. Rana Chengappa, MBBS, DSM, we are committed to providing our patients with European standard medical care, personalised one-on-one treatment and leading expertise in the field of non-surgical orthopaedic, and neurological rehabilitation, pain management, prevention, sports medicine and weight management.

Roles and responsibilities

Recruitment for all centres

Proactive Administration Support to the centres

Timely issuance of offer letters, appointment letters, annual increments, etc.

Induction of new staff

Training & development of staff

Performance appraisal process management

Staff welfare

Updating staff personal files and their records

Be responsible for background verification of all staff

Obtaining Police clearance certificates from all staff

Co-ordination in processing the monthly payroll

Leave record management

Ensure that staff adhere to office policies and procedures at all times

Co-ordination of PF & ESI matters

Employee Engagement

Exit interviews

Vendor Management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Full time MBA (HR)

2-5 years of HR & Admin experience with a strong learning orientation

Good hands-on knowledge and appreciation of HR processes, policies and sub systems

A high level of analytical/logical ability and a solution selling approach

High on persuasiveness which helps drive closures

Good written, conversational and presentation capabilities

Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in diverse teams Ability to interact confidently with Senior Leadership

Comfortable with travelling between various centres
