About the job:

Delivery Accountability:

- Support Business/Functions Team Lead in preparation of risk-based audit plan/programme.

- Conducting audit reviews based on audit plan following Reliance Internal Audit (RIA) audit methodology.

- Strict adherence to audit programme/timeliness and ensuring on-time completion of audit reviews.

- Coordination with external audit teams and managing their audit activities

- Follow up on open audit issues and ensure its timely closure.

- Execute and monitor audits through SAP GRC (Audit management system).

- Support Team Lead in preparation of audit observations for Business Risk Advisory Committee (BRAC) meetings.

- Appraising Team Lead on any new audit areas to be covered based on recent business developments.

Skills Required (Knowledge And Skills):

- Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point.

- Preference to candidate with SAP working experience

- Must possess good analytical skills

- Reasonably good communication and presentation skills required.

Experience :

Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications):

- 3 to 6 years of experience in Internal Audit performing business and function audits,

- Experience in Retail Industry Operations - Online & or Offline will be an added advantage.

Qualifications - Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA, USA)/MBA-Finance
