- Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
- Need to achieve individual AHT, login hours, production hours, and quality score targets on monthly basis. Need to be on regular follow-up calls with customers for the complaints up to customer satisfaction.
- Planning, Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential customers.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Explain to customers about new products and benefits and build positive working relationships with customers for repeat businesses.
- Report on Target Vs Achievement for the previous month or week and the status of action items from weekly/monthly reviews Plan for the current month with suggestions and guidelines from the team lead.
