Position Title: IT Infrastructure Lead (Senior Manager)
Location: Bangalore
Travel: 30% travel PAN India Basis Need.
Qualification and Experience: B.E.Computer Science Graduate with 12+ Years experience in IT Infrastructure Management , Data Centre Operations / Windows and Linux Administration / Backup and Storage Management , Virtualization and HCI (Hyper Converged Infrastructure)
Job Role:
- Management of the IT Service Delivery Team including responsibility for service desk, Data Centre Operations and Application support.
- Interface with business units to define infrastructure support initiatives and solutions for improving service efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintains server uptime consistent with Business goals and metrics and constantly improving server network/storage/virtualization performance, reliability and security check
- Strong knowledge in IT INFRA Heterogeneous platforms to Build/Plan and Deploy for new requirements and existing IT infra revamping and expansions.
- Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection and Virtualizations.
- Strong knowledge in Application/System Virtualizations in CITRIX/VMWARE/HYPER-V/ACCOPS and HCI of VMWARE.
- Hand on Windows Server Administration on AD Service ADFS/DNS/DHCP/IIS Admin/ iSCSI/ Radius Administration in Windows 2016/2019 Server OS.
- Good proficient in Backup Administration VEEAM Backup/ Druva In-Sync / YOTTA SAFE.
- Hands on experience in Redhat Linux Administration RHEL 7.0/8.0 in
Boot Process / NIS / NFS / SMB / DNS / DHCP and iscsi configurations.
- Hands on experience in VEEAM Backup for Office 365 Email Backup Administration.
- Hands on experience in Storage Administration in NETAPP and HITACHI products.
- Knowledge in MS SQL 2012/2016 Administration.
- Hands on in live virtual meeting ZOOM/WEBEX / TEAMS publishing with YouTube / Facebook and Twitters social media portals as live streaming for the organization webinars and podcasts.
- Closely working with AZURE Cloud Compute and Blob/File Storages and Microsoft WVD (VDI).
- Server administration to install, configure, and maintain various types of hardware and software which related to HP / DELL Servers. HP ILO and DELL DRAC installation.

- Develop reports and action plans based on metrics to enhance the end-user experience.
- Serve as an escalation point for technical issues. Provide team members with suggestions on handling difficult cases.
- Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure as per the required.
- Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
- Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
- Responsible for capacity, storage planning in Data Centre Environment.
- Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, impact assessment, and solution implementation on data centre assets and In-House Data Centre care.
- Direct involvement in incidents or problems (irrespective of priority) that cause service impact and acts as escalation point for incidents and resolving the same.
- Provide ITIL Service disciplines, covering Incident, Problem and Change Management.
- Vendor coordination - OEMs and system integrators - on AMC renewals, new equipment purchases.
- Proficient in IT Infra Budget forecasting and preparing the CAPEX / Revex requirements.
- Lead the IT Infrastructure cost control assessment / stakeholder satisfaction and Business improvement as per the requirement.
