Job Description:
i. Ensure the compliance of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 for High Value Debt Listed Cos.
ii. Independently handling Secretarial Compliance of Housing Finance Company and Systematically important non-deposit taking non-banking financial company.
iii. Assist the Board and the Senior Management in drafting and implementation of Compliance Policy, including policies and procedures, prescriptions in Compliance Manuals, internal codes of conduct, etc.
iv. Play the central role in identifying the level of Compliance risk.
v. Ensure compliance of regulatory/ supervisory directions given by RBI for SI- NBFC and HFC
vi. Drafting, vetting and negotiating the legal agreements, contracts and arrangements etc
