Candidate's Profile:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and convert them into customers.
- Experience of selling financial products to HNI clients, Family offices and Corporates (preferably bonds)
- Engage with customers to understand their financial goals and requirements
- Provide accurate information about our investment products, including their features, benefits, and - returns
- Address customer queries and concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Follow up with customers regularly to build long-term relationships
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients based on their needs and preferences.
- A self-motivated individual that can work both independently and within a team structure.
- A strong willingness to solve problems, strong time management, organization, detail-orientation, and a desire to outperform goals
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Pre-requisite:
- Graduate / Post graduate
- Excellent communication - written & Spoken, and proactive.
- Candidate should be good at relationship management and selling of financial products.
- Should be willing to travel outside the base location.
