Candidate's Profile:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies for Structured Products targeting Institutional clients 2. Maintaining existing Client relationships across Institutional Clients, Family Offices, Promoters, Co-operative Banks, Private entities & Distributors

3.Strategize to increase client coverage across Mumbai market

4. Acquiring new corporate clients

5.Maintaining relationship with various stakeholders within and outside the organization 6. 6.Conduct knowledge sessions for peers.

7. A self-motivated individual that can work both independently and within a team structure.

8. A strong willingness to solve problems, strong time management, detail-orientation, and a desire to outperform goals

Pre-requisite:

- Graduate / Post graduate

- 5-10 years' experience

- Excellent communication - written & Spoken, and proactive.

- Need to have relevant knowledge of fixed income markets and should be able to gauge the impact of government policies on markets.

- He/she should have relationships with key corporates, family offices, and distributors and have a good connection with the competition.

- Should be willing to travel outside the base location.

- Good relationship with business associates/distributors.

- Accuracy and attention to details.
