Candidate's Profile:

1.Origination/ Acquisitions/ Sourcing & Execution of Mandates of Capital Raising via deb route like Debt Financing, Debt Syndication, and Credit Solutions etc.

2. Assisting in the maintenance of accurate deal pipeline reporting and ongoing monitoring of portfolio.

3. Develop and execute deals across diverse scenarios, including NCD structures, vanilla balance sheet funding, sub-debt, securitization of receivables, and acquisition financing.

4. Ensured strong communication and relationships with Legal Counsel, Stock Exchange, Depository and Trustees.

5. Drafting, Reviewing, Negotiating and Finalizing Term Sheet, Debenture Trust Deed, Investment Agreement, debt financing documents, other security documents.

6. Managed the legal aspects documentation part and prepared Prospectus for Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), Private Placement and Commercial Papers

7. Performed listing of NCDs with proper due diligence and current regulations before the time limit prescribed by SEBI and managing the post issue activity like allotment and listing of NCD Issue.

8. Regulatory filings and data collection.

9.Operate both independently and in a leadership capacity, supervising team members as required.

Pre-requisite :

- Post graduate / CA / CS / CFA (Preference CS+ LLB)

- 10-15 years' experience

- Excellent communication - written & Spoken, and proactive.

- Impeccable research, quantitative and analytical skills

- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel

- An effective leader with capabilities in motivating teams and maintaining deliverables as per the defined guidelines along with elevating service standards for technical/operational excellence
