Head - General Trade
- Implement Sales & Marketing strategies to increase presence in General Trade (GT) and grow revenue PAN India.
- Develop and own the business plan for enhancing presence in the GT segment
- Visit markets with Regional Sales teams to get first-hand information on GT partner requirements/expectations
- Identify new opportunities to grow revenue and become a preferred service provider for GT partners
- Provide strategic guidance to the regional sales teams based on data and rigorously monitor implementation
- Work in close coordination with Marketing and Product teams to develop and implement a communication plan for engaging partners and improve user retention on the App
- Analyze and report competitors strategies on pricing, markets, promos, schemes, product features
- Own the Retailer Sales App and ensure it becomes the Go-To app for General Trade partners seeking additional revenue
- Understand partner requirements/expectations App
- Plan improvements in the App around end-to-end partner experience, new products, and features, ease of usability, communication strategies
- Work closely with the product and technology teams to achieve desired developments in App
Requirements :
- 8 +years' experience in leading a growth hack team
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
- Should understand both customer requirements and technology in order to drive product development
- Understanding of new-age marketing technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
