- Create overall Brand Awareness, brand communication and ground level Brand building activities (including vernacular), thereby increasing Aided/Non Aided Brand recall in the B2B segment in conjunction with Central Brand Team. Ensure that Brand Guidelines and Brand ethos continue to be met.
- Plan out marketing activities ( BTL) in conjunction with Category and Sales targets
- Plan out a Budget with targeted ROI/Reach/Deliverables.
- Get budgets sanctioned with Central Marketing Team and State Sales Head
- Recruit, assign and maintain local Agencies/partners to carry out local activations/promotions and Events. (If need be leverage/deploy /reassign what reliance trends has built)
- Build database and negotiate the best possible rates for activities (and Okayed with Central Marketing) and Optimize expenses /activities as business progresses
- Define KPI's for performance with Central Marketing team
- Drive Alliances that Support Activation and Retention of retailers
- Solve for Credit Line and new partners as business progresses.
- Map Key competition activities and report on a regular basis
- Watch out for Trade events /Local Govt programs /Trade associations for participation
- Report progress on a daily/Weekly and Monthly basis and raise concerns /issues with Sales Head/Central Marketing
