Job Requirements - 

- Looking at mid to long term planning and execution strategies

- Conducting regular performance reviews

- Responsible for key metrics like - Revenue, GM%, Discounting etc.

- Take ownership to drive automation and proactive alerts/mechanism within respective functions

- Working with cross functional teams (Product, Finance, SCM, Marketing) to drive org-wide projects and initiatives, with the group's Leadership Team as the key stakeholder

- Coordinate various project activities with different departments, follow-up on agreed upon milestones and maintain tracker for critical projects with weekly updates

- Conduct analysis for assigned business problem by collecting data from all internal and external sources and perform analysis to get answers to business questions.

- Help in putting together business proposal based on trends etc.

- Put together excel models for business scenario analysis

- Conduct Market research for an assigned topic to dig out relevant data and analytics

Skills Required:

- Strong communication and project management skills

- Strong Analytical Skills and Process Orientation- Proficiency in MS-Office is a must

- Knowledge of BI tools/statistics is preferred (e.g. Tableau, SQL, R, etc.)

- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment

Education and Experience Required:

- Master's in Business Administration from Tier 1 Colleges

- 4-8 yrs. experience in Strategy, Planning, or Analytics functions

- Previous experience in retail & e-commerce added advantage
