Job Responsibilities and Achievements :
Leadership & Mgmt :
- Key accountability includes building and managing the Content, Catalog & Creative production operations for the Brand - a business vertical that is a top strategic asset for the company.
- Hold sole responsibility of creation and production all visuals and content on-site, its quality and consistency in alignment to the brand philosophy
- Core Business Metrics that the position is responsible for - Cost of Catalog, Listing Turn-around-Time, Service Level Agreements, Productivity, Team Utilisation, Continuous Process Improvements, Content Quality and Accountability for Data Attribute Master Hierarchy for the F&L business
- To lead a team of 170+ that creates a daily digital catalog of over 600 articles with information-rich content, visuals & ensures the customer experience through great product discovery
- Work closely with the leadership and analytical teams in understanding the BUY plan & catalog volumes for the year, business priorities, outlining operational budgets, cost of cataloging and brand building
- Responsible to work as part of the core team for all category launches, development of attribute master and content
- Managing the Imaging, Content & Creative Production teams responsible for SEO, conducting market research, catalog performance analytics, Customer NPS scores, customer returns analysis, etc
Creative Direction :
- Subject Matter Expert on visual production and digital asset management systems
- A key responsibility is to play the role of production & creative director - Accountable for production & art direction of marketing campaign visuals, site refreshes & social media content, working with Marketing dept, external Branding & Production agencies to build strategies for campaign visuals and execution of the same.
- Accountability to work with multiple vendors including Model agencies in casting and model selection based on merchandise being inwarded for shoot & brand philosophes
- Directing the photographers, stylists and HMU team on ideation of the shoot, conceptualization, budgeting & approvals, creation of mood boards and leading the project with production agencies. On-site creative direction of all campaigns & working on post-production till final delivery.
- Account Management - As an internal service provider - manage key vertical accounts of the larger company to ensure alignment of production priorities, allocate production budget and monitor spends for projects
Catalog & Content Production :
- Work closely with SAP & Hybris Mgmt Consoles on building data architecture for product content, attribute definitions and hold the accountability of managing master data attributes across retail formats
- Need to have adept knowledge of building process efficiencies, review the impact on metrics and present report-outs to business leaders
- Working closely with Commercial teams in managing monthly budget allocations, provisioning, reporting and vendor negotiations in alignment to meeting AOP targets
- Automating processes along with Tech teams, Infra & Program mgmt teams in building BRDs for workflow management systems, conduct User-Acceptance Tests & product design
- Ensuring all vendor listings on the marketplace meet brand guidelines with strict adherence by developing production workflows and efficiencies in processes
- Managing multiple Vendors - Modelling agencies for casting & selection, Production Companies for executing projects and Content Vendors, from framing contracts, signing agreements with legal depts and execution
