Age: 35-47 Years

Education: Preferable BE (Plastic ENGR) or Min. Diploma from CIPET

Work Experience:

- 15+ Years

- Atleast 5 yrs as Manager

- Compulsory Prior expr. CPVC, UPVC, SWR Pipe manufacturing and Compounding

- Using Twin Screw Extrusion, High Speed Mixers

- Machines worked on: Kabra, Theysohn

Location: Satara, Pune

Others: Experience of maintenance, quality and systems is added advantage

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

- Manage the entire mixing and extrusion department

- Run machines on full productivity as per manufacturers recommendation

- Maintain product quality strictly as per company norms

- Maintain Rejection within company norms

- Control product weight within company norms

- Consume scrap created on daily basis and ensure zero pile up

- Ensure timely maintenance of all machines

- Develop a performance oriented team, maintain teamwork

- Training of supervisors and operators

- Maintain and monitor department MIS

- Work on continuous cost reduction

- Improve labour productivity and reduce labour

- Daily and Weekly Stock reconciliation

- Oversee all Tool Maintenance and tool management

- Constantly work on improvements to improve efficiencies

- Eliminate non-usable wastage

- Interaction & coordinate with vendors for new developments

- Timely completion of all tasks allotted by Plant head and Senior Management

- Maintain systems as per company requirements
