Position Overview:


- We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketer to join our dynamic team.

- The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving results through digital marketing strategies and a proven track record of managing successful performance marketing campaigns.

- You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies & execution across various digital channels including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize and scale campaigns.

- Conduct A/B testing and other optimization experiments to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce compelling ad creatives that resonate with our target audience.

- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights and recommendations.

- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing return on investment.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and incorporate them into the performance marketing strategy.

- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product, industry, and target market to create highly relevant and effective campaigns.

- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.

- Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related role.

- Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful digital marketing campaigns.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Knowledge of e-commerce and SaaS industries is a plus.

- Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
