Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to lead our AiTrillion marketing team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in branding, advertising, email marketing, partnerships, and lead generation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Branding and Positioning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies to establish and enhance AiTrillion's market presence.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
- Oversee the creation of brand guidelines and ensure their adherence throughout the organization.
2. Advertising and Campaign Management:
- Lead the development of innovative advertising campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
- Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
3. Email Marketing:
- Design and implement targeted email marketing strategies to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
- Oversee the creation of compelling email content, including newsletters, product updates, and promotional offers.
- Monitor email performance metrics and refine strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
4. Partnerships and Alliances:
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships that align with AiTrillion's business objectives.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing partner relationships.
- Collaborate with partners to create co-branded marketing campaigns and joint promotions.
5. Lead Generation and Demand Generation:
- Drive lead generation efforts to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Develop and implement multi-channel lead generation strategies, including content marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively nurtured and converted.
6. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep AiTrillion at the forefront of marketing innovation.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Experience: 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with branding, advertising, email marketing, and lead generation.
Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
