POSITION OVERVIEW
The Manager maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers. The ideal candidate is expected to explore his professional connections to set up strategic business objectives. Candidate must have experience in B2B Sales, Direct sales in corporate sector.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers expectations.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Making new clients & Cold calling, lead Generation, negotiation,
- Given presentation of products, retention of existing clients, generate revenue.
- Must have excellent communication skills & presentable skills and must be able to provide measurable business outputs.
QUALIFICATIONS -
- Full Time MBA degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 8-9 years of strategic sales experience in a business-to business /Institutional sales environment.
- PC proficiency/having adequate business knowledge of excel /power-point and CRM.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
- This position requires extensive travel (more than 50%), locally within the city and outside
