Job Summary:
Aisshpra Gems & Jewels is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to oversee the sales and operations of all Company-Owned Company-Operated (COCO) and Franchise-Owned Franchise-Operated (FOFO) stores. The Zonal Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a customer-centric culture across all stores in their zone.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for both COCO and FOFO stores.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure sales strategies are being effectively executed.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure all stores comply with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing shrinkage.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency across all stores.
- Ensure that all stores are well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing.
Team Leadership:
- Train and develop ABM, store managers and staff to enhance their performance and professional growth.
- Provide regular feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and implement performance improvement plans as necessary.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and high employee morale.
Customer Experience:
- Champion a customer-first culture, ensuring that all stores deliver exceptional customer service.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve the customer experience.
Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets for the zone, ensuring cost control and profitability.
- Analyze financial reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising on service quality or operational efficiency.
Compliance and Security:
- Ensure all stores comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards.
- Oversee security measures to protect the company's assets and ensure the safety of employees and customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior sales and operations role within the jewelry industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with retail management software.
Additional Information:
- This position requires frequent travel within the designated zone.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
