Position: Head of Corporate Finance and Treasury

Job Summary:

The Head of Corporate Finance and Treasury will be responsible for managing the financial health of the organization, overseeing all aspects of corporate finance, treasury operations, financial planning, and risk management. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of financial markets and corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Finance:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.

- Oversee capital structure management, including debt financing.

- Manage relationships with analysts, and financial institutions.

- Lead M&A activities, including due diligence, valuation, and integration.

Treasury Operations:

- Manage the company's liquidity, investments, and banking relationships.

- Ensure efficient management of working capital and optimize the use of financial resources.

- Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing insights and recommendations to senior management on the debt structure cost of fund optimisation.

- Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Support strategic decision-making with financial analysis and modeling.

Risk Management:

- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

- Oversee insurance and risk management programs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate finance and treasury management.

- Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and strategies.

- Proven track record in managing complex financial transactions and banking relationships.

- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong leadership and communication abilities.

- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.

- Good network of PSU and MNC Bankers
