Key Responsibilities:

- PRD Creation: Translate product ideas and customer requirements into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that serve as the blueprint for development.

- Roadmap Implementation: Execute and manage the product roadmap, ensuring that features are implemented on schedule and meet business objectives.

- Sprint Management: Lead and manage the team through sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives.

- Ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining high product quality.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution of product features.

- Break down complex projects into manageable sprints and user stories.

- Agile Leadership: Drive agile practices across the product development process, ensuring the team adheres to sprint timelines and product goals.

- Continuous Improvement: Track progress, resolve issues, and optimize development processes to enhance efficiency and output quality.

- Feature Prioritization: Work with stakeholders to prioritize features based on customer feedback, business needs, and technical feasibility.

- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA to ensure that features meet quality standards before release, and oversee the post-launch performance of new features.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 4+ years of product management experience, with proven expertise in creating PRDs, managing feature rollouts, and handling teams via sprint management.

- Technical Understanding: Ability to work with technical teams to break down complex features and ensure technical feasibility.

- Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience leading sprint-based teams.

- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, facilitate collaboration, and drive results within set timelines.
