Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, interviewing, and selection to offer management and onboarding for all open positions, including tech and non-tech roles.
- Headhunting & Talent Sourcing: Proactively headhunt and network with high-quality candidates, especially for critical and senior-level roles.
- Build relationships with passive candidates to create a strong pipeline for future needs.
- Sourcing Strategy: Develop innovative and effective sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, social media, and other relevant channels.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and department leads to understand hiring requirements and provide expert advice on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Employer Branding: Work with the marketing team to enhance AiSensy's employer brand by promoting the company culture and values across recruitment channels, including social media and events.
- Interview Process Optimization: Design and optimize interview processes, ensuring they are efficient, structured, and reflective of the company's values and job competencies.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Maintain a pool of qualified candidates by building and nurturing long-term relationships with potential hires through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per hire, and offer acceptance rates to continuously improve the hiring process.
- Onboarding & Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires and focus on creating a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other - sourcing vendors, when necessary, to supplement internal sourcing efforts.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and headhunting, with demonstrated success in hiring for both technical and non-technical roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Headhunting Expertise: Proven experience in headhunting and successfully engaging passive - candidates, especially for senior and niche roles.
- Sourcing Tools: Expertise in using sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to collaborate with senior leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to understand their hiring needs and provide consultative recruitment support.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages and present the company effectively to potential candidates.
- Organization & Multitasking: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Data-Driven: Ability to leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to improve processes and make informed hiring decisions.
