Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with AiSensy's overall marketing and business goals.
- Ensure the strategy covers organic growth, engagement, and lead generation across multiple platforms.
- Content Creation & Management: Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content for AiSensy's social media channels, including text posts, graphics, and videos.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure a consistent brand aesthetic.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with AiSensy's social media followers.
- Respond to comments, messages, and queries promptly to foster a positive and active community around the brand.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, lead generation) and use insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Trendspotting & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Experiment with new content formats and platforms to keep AiSensy's social presence fresh and relevant.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the content, product, and customer success teams to ensure social media content supports key product launches, campaigns, and events.
- Paid Social Campaigns: Work with the digital marketing team to plan and execute paid social media campaigns that amplify content and reach the right target audiences.
- Influencer & Partner Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, brand ambassadors, or partners to expand AiSensy's reach and engagement.
- Social Listening: Monitor brand mentions and industry conversations to identify opportunities for engagement and brand promotion.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong track record of managing multiple social platforms and driving growth.
- Content Creation: Strong understanding of content creation, including social media copywriting, graphic design collaboration, and video creation/editing.
- Analytics & Reporting: Proficiency in using social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to measure performance and derive actionable insights.
- Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and deliver engaging, innovative content.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen ability to craft engaging, on-brand messaging.
- Trend Awareness: Passion for social media and digital marketing, with a deep understanding of the latest trends, platforms, and tools.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of content and campaigns.
- Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, design, and product teams to execute social campaigns.
