Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape.

- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional activities.

- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products/services.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and product development, to ensure alignment in business strategies.

- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and forge new partnerships.

Experience: 4-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.

Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Familiarity with market analysis tools and strategies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market opportunities and client needs.
