Acquisition of new customers - achieving Gross Additions and Net Additions:
- Achievement of targets across Postpaid, FL and Data product lines through set of defined KRAs across the Corporates in assigned region;
- New Customer Acquisition through strong relationship building & Positioning at the Corporate accounts;
- Making a business model to effectively reach target customers;
- Making a business case for obtaining best suitable product offering for the customer(s).
Achieving Order booking targets:
- Increasing Non-Voice penetration, Up-selling value added services to enhance revenue;
- Plan the quarterly targets for the team basis the AOP;
- Ensuring that any tariff-reduction is done only as a last resort.
Achieving Revenue Market share - Increase RMS in penetrated accounts:
- Consolidate our position in our existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell;
- Increase penetration in competition accounts across the assigned territory.
Reduce customer churn to build sustainable business in the long run:
- Drive customer engagement programs, coordinating with CE team to arrest churn;
- Interact with the partners, key account holders and innovate to drive retention;
- Be aware of the competition and plan proactive measures to drive the same.
