Key Responsibilities"
- Lead the performance management cycle right from KRA-setting to performance and leadership competency review
- Development and application of guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies for a range of talent management initiatives / programs inlcuding YTL & Academies program governance & engagement
- Execute career paths & succession planning frameworks and systems
- Lead the Learning and Development need identification and plan for the fulfillment of the same for the function
- Build a culture of reward and recognition in the organization, with adequate controls in place.
- Follow guidelines and use innovative ways for assimilation of AIR (Alive, Inclusive & Respectful) values in the organization
- Driving engagement & connect initiatives
- End to end associate governance in line with the policies & processes

Educational Qualifications:
