Purpose of the Job:   The Marketing department at airtel works very closely with the Sales Team to ensure optimum mix of acquisition across different product lines at the zone level. As Head – MRPP, you would be actively involved with all verticals in Marketing, mapping trends and identifying business opportunities. Provide monthly revenue forecasts along with input measures. Work closely with the Network and Sales teams on network planning.  Deliverables:  - You would be required to map lead indicators, their trends and impacts thereof.   - You would be responsible for identifying opportunities for increasing revenues, across verticals.  - You would have to Ensure periodic reporting of revenue reports and significant KPIs.  - You would be responsible for Identify opportunities for improving business in sites with low revenue/ usage.  - You would have to provide inputs to Network team during planning the network.  - You would be responsible for Approving basis business case installation of additional network equipments.  Major Challenges  - High degree of ability would be required to analyze large quantum of data and arrive at hypotheses basis which action can be initiated.  - The role will entail significant cross-function interaction and engagement
