About the role :
- To develop, manage and implement programs in Prepaid to enhance acquisition numbers & revenue through value for money products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Competition mapping, analysis & proposing new products. Ensure smooth roll out of new products.
- Monthly activities GAC (to keep acquisition cost with in budgets), Schemes, targets to ensure acquisition numbers.
- Regular analysis of zone wise sales to take corrective actions on products, increase numbers of revenue enhancing products.
- Regularly liaison with the Business Managers to achieve business objectives.
Product Knowledge :
- Thorough knowledge of Pre Paid products & distribution.
- Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM), Analytical Aptitude keen analyst, uses this skill to enhance the quality of job delivery.
- People Management & Inter-personal Skills manages the backend & front end coordination with ease.
Skills Required :
- Well versed in Computer knowledge and operating Systems, Excel & Access.
Educational Qualification & Experience :
- PGDM/MBA in Marketing
Work Experience :
- Experience of 8+ years in telecom sales/marketing/Distribution
