Position - Circle Head - Projects Deployment
Proposed Job Level: Senior Manager
Circle deployment Head shall be responsible for
- Project schedule preparation and monitoring.
- Liasoning with all governing bodies (city corporation, NHAI, BDA and other OPCOs)
- Accountable for Project delivery within agreed SLA.
- Timely analysis and flashing of KPI report & SLA adherence by partner.
- Management of Inventory and Material handling.
- Conducting network audit and driving Audit closure.
- Conducting process compliance audit.
- Defining new process for replication as best practice.
- Replication of Best Practices.
- Compliance of all regulatory requirements.
- Close co-ordination and driving Partner to assure Quality deliverables with Compliance of all regulatory requirements.
- Copper and Fiber network rollout .
Fiber rollout :
- Rollout of fiber network of about 200 RKMs for 2G,3G and 4G POPs.
- Quality network rollout for protection by converting Aerial to UG of about 200 RKM
- FTTB Rollout : Last mile connectivity to about 200 AES/SMB customer & shifting annually.
- FTTH Rollout : Rollout of CEN transport route and OLT access network.
- Back bone fiber De-chocking & metro core fiber Rollout.
Copper Rollout :
- New tag Rollout by creating DLC /RSU/MSAN.
- Primary TAG Augmentation.
- Secondary TAG augmentation and expansion to new areas.
- Bifurcation & shifting of network element /Exchange.
- Wiring up high raise & High potential buildings.
- Accountable for:
- Work completion report closing .
- Revenue generation.
- Inter departmental coordination in terms of end to end customer delivery.
- Ensuring not exceeding the planned capex.
Expected Key Results Activities (Detailed KPIs)
Network Rollout
Fiber(LTE,FTTB,FTTH)
Quality(Aerial to UG, Back Bone de-Chocking)
Copper (New site Augmentation, Site shifting, building Connectivity)
- Deployment of network as per the approved plan in adherence to the deployment spec .
- Ensuring the project completion within the approved budgeted capex
- Liasoning with government bodies for Smoother and Faster Deployment
- Ensuring RFS by close looping all functions .
- Handover of network to operation & maintenance team with all required documents and ensuring updation in the UGIS .
Rollout KPIS
- Commissioning of tags as per Work order.
- Commissioning of planned Buildings wired (copper & fiber) (High rise and potential buildings, currently G+4 and above ) .
- Commissioning of planned Fiber/FTTx rollout (Including TM,AES & Mobility)
- Process Exceptions in OSP Project rollout ( As detected in AT ).
- Execution of Sites as per plan & standards, AT observations and compliance.
Inventory management - Validation of BOQs in approved work orders & expediting for release of POs in coordination with planning & SCM team
- Close monitoring of material delivery and WH stock, timely.
- Close monitoring of vendor locater value and timely reconciliation .
Partner Management
- Introducing new efficient & capable partners in sync with Capex/opex strategies .
- Effective load sharing among partners by identifying their strengths for optimum results.
- Effective monitoring for invoicing to get payments done as per the cycle .
Development of skilled, efficient and motivated team - Identify training and development needs for each individual in team and map in training calendar.
- Organize internal and external behavioral and communication skills trainings for new & existing teams to keep them updated .
- Develop impact plan based on internal and external feedback and monitor actions for completion.
- Coach and mentor team for overall development and growth.
- Maintain high level of motivation and energy in teams.
Internal Customer management - Periodical Reviews involving cross functional teams
- KPI monitoring and action plans
- Reports and validation
- Monthly WCR /site RFS Sign off
