Program Manager- Manager

Purpose :

- Define & Develop Transformational features in Online Self care

- Analyse customer issues and complaints and create solutions for addressing the problem online

- Develop Product Roadmap and define business flow for all lines of business

- Manage day to day business operations, issue resolutions, product configurations

- Work closely with Digital agencies for designing new Microsites

- Benchmark features/ functionalities and designs with industry trends

- Review the business regularly, to track and enhance its level of performance

Deliverables :

Define & Develop Transformation self-care features :

- The incumbent will have to analyze the existing customer's pain-points from offline channels and build features/services for self-care

- Design & implement strategies to increase self-care usage.

- Interpretation of the business data, analyze leads patterns, make presentations and make recommendations on business findings

Product Management (Self-Care & Micro sites) :

- The incumbent will be expected to provide solutions to enhance the product from functionality perspective

- Prepare Product Roadmap and deliver the same on agreed timelines

- Business Process Alignments by making necessary improvements

- Perform Program management activities including coordination with multiple stakeholders for product delivery

- Manage day-to-day business operations

- Manage day to day operations of the Online Product.

- Coordinate with IT teams / vendors for integration of web & WAP updates

Program Management :

- Coordinating with stakeholders for getting the necessary information and interacting with them in absence of the business head.

Business Reporting :

- Compiling of reports for the business head in a succinct format enabling the business head to quickly understand where is business is heading and the issues that it faces
