Job Description:

1. Influencing the sales organization (ZBM, ZSM, TM, FSE) to deliver all mCommerce KPIs for the zone

2. Expansion of airtel money outlets, attracting, training and retaining the right kind of outlets

3. Quality and productivity of Airtel Money outlets

4. Acquisition of Power wallets

5. Active user base

6. Transaction volumes – money transfers (P2P, P2B)

7. Merchant spends – physical, remote, eCommerce

8. mCommerce Revenues, finding synergies with mobility, telemedia and DTH so mothership benefits are derived from differentiated airtel money offering

Desired Profile:

- Education: Candidate from tier 2 institute only need to apply from 2009-2011 batch.

- Industry: Banking/Financial institutions with 1-4 years experience in Channel Sales/Merchant Acquisition/Acquisition/Product.
