Purpose of Job:
- The role would partner with business to deliver HR specific deliverables in line with the Business requirements.
- The position will be responsible for driving engagement, learning and development, performance management, HR analytics and new joinee induction for employees in CS and DTH.
Partner with Business to:
- Build a business focused learning and development platform for employees to increase their value proposition and enable them to innovate and grow.
- Lead employee engagement for better retention and productivity
- Sustain culture and values of Airtel.
Key Deliverables-
- Design and execute the employee engagement framework (incl employee townhall, Reward & recognition, leadership connect, Fun@work...) in line with engagement survey results for better retention and productivity
- Drive Learning and development initiatives across centre and circles through creation of learning calendar, driving nominations, liasoning with trainers, organizing workshops/elearnings etc and ensure timely updation of the learning portal
- Responsible for HR analytics eg. attrition, headcount, engagement expense etc and ensure availability of right information on HR system at all times
- Responsible for maintaining repository of organization structures and ensure timely updation
- Responsible for smooth onboarding & induction of new joinees/trainees through various stakeholders
- Support in performance and talent management cycles (incl KRA setting, performance and talent review, increment and promotion cycles); Responsible for execution of the panel process and program management of agreed action items
Working Experience: At least 2-4 years experience in HRBP role.
Educational Level: MBA in HR (2011-13) Batch
