Purpose of the Job :

- Review P&L & BS movement with reasoning for closing (segment)

- Evaluaton of new policy / amendments required: Conceptualization and impact analysis of new policy / chnages

- Review of audit actionable & tracking quarter targets (Segment level)

- Identify DTR- design & requirement for vertical

- Review BS KVI design

- Review ICoFR & IFC control audit & actionables

- Designing RACM process level & updating Accounting Manual

- Driving Projects / Ad-hoc requirements

- Reviewing Shared Services Finace vertical with GFC /CFR Head

- Review: new & ongoing automation progress & impact

- Keep track of changes in accounting & its impact on reporting

Qualification & Key skills/ competencies :

- Must be qualified CA

- 4-8 years of post qualification experience

- Very High on Process Orientation and Analytical skill

- Team Handling

- Hardworking, disciplined & committed

- Consulting background(big 4 )exposure preferred
