Position : Manager- Own Retail

Objective : To establish a national wide chain of world class telecom sales & service outlets. Located at the Centre, this job exists to support the roll out & smooth functioning of this national chain.

Deliverables :

1. Roll Out

- Support creation & review of prioritization plan for outlet roll out

- Interface with Circle to help identify the locations for own stores

- Co-ordinate all construction activity to ensure timely opening of stores

- Review & manage performance of identified store roll out partners

- Drive process improvements to bring down time to launch

2. Operations

- Support process for franchisee evaluation

- Ensure early warning system to manage franchisee satisfaction

- Create & manage process for timely communication between centre & circle

- Ensure all processes are modified based on in-store experience & feedback

- Manage process for identification of national/ regional vendor agencies

- Manage process of sharing of best practice between stores/ circles

3. Profitability

- Create & manage system for tracking of performance metrics at a store/ regional/ national level

- Ensure store level insights are used to modify customer experience processes & programs

- Identify tactical revenue opportunities & ensure creation of programs to monetize these

- Create & monitor benchmarks against key competition stores

Challenges :

- Timely roll out of new stores

- Constant improvement in store set up processes

- Ensuring effective communication with Circle teams

- Performance of partner agencies/ vendors

- Ability to gain & act upon first hand knowledge on ground

- Ensuring quality standards are met without exception
