Responsibilities/Deliverables
- Identifying opportunities and consumer needs in circles for rolling out high speed broadband service through Fibre or DSL technology.
- Co-create with the circle teams a Go To Market strategy for grabbing dominant customer market share in newly launched buildings.
- Drive launch of Fixedline business in new Cities through Identification of potential areas, through thorough market research studying consumer behaviour, demographic criterias, purchasing power, cost of living standards.
- In depth analysis of all fixedline elements based on utilization, ARPU, opportunity, mapping vs Copper and Fibre AOP to develop a forecasting model for further capex requirement
- Develop KPI trending reports for business and working on an automation plan with IT for readymade trackers
- Develop building level intelligence for giving insights to business for incremental market share
Competencies:
- Background of Telemedia market Planning is preferred where the individual has handled launching of FTTH/ADSL/VDSL network.
- Critical to have a Marketing flair in able to contribute substantially in the Fixedline business growth.
- Should be good in analytics, ability to handle large quantities of data and make relevant trackers, develop forecasting models
- Ability to work with multiple functions (TnL team, Finance, IT, Network) and circle teams to ensure smooth completion of projects.
