Purpose of the Job  To conceive, design and execute development interventions to enhance capabilities of the managerial workforce (B1 & above) in case of India operations. To anchor learning strategy creation, intervention list rationalization and other Talent Management and L&D projects.  Deliverables   For India, Srilanka, & Bangladesh Operations:  Liaison with the business/functional leaders to fine tune learning needs and enable articulation of a clear development roadmap for development for critical roles   Responsible for governance of capability development strategy (i.e. needs assessment, budgeting, development of customized learning programs, delivery of training programs and evaluation of effectiveness of training).   Continuously researches and develops new age technology solutions to increase reach and effectiveness of learning and deploys leading-edge learning & development solutions that are aligned with the functional requirements.  Anchor all pre and post program interventions for the identified programs that the role will anchor.  Represent the organization in various internal/external forums including webinars, networking meetings, expert discussions etc. Participate in the external surveys/studies by global consulting organizations on behalf of the organization   Work closely with the CLO and Global Head Talent in key strategic projects across India and Africa   Anchor the learning@ Airtel brand in social platforms
