Level : Manager/Sr. Manager About the role : The role will be responsible to drive growth across various businesses (Mobility, Broadband, DTH etc) by forging strategic partnerships across different categories / organizations. Key Deliverables : A. Drive Business Growth through Partner Scouting, Scoping &amp; Management : 1. Identify and shortlist the relevant partners who can play a strategic role in driving growth for Airtel 2. Scope out different construct builds across partners with deep understanding of partner business model to ensure mutual growth 3. Responsible for managing pipeline, develop new business deals &amp; growth opportunities. 4. Maintain account level partnerships and build close working relationships with key stakeholders 5. Develop and execute the partnership strategies and programs to enable our product and business strategy 6. Manage complex contract negotiations and liaison with the Legal group internally / externally B. Proposition Build &amp; Delivery : 1. Create business models with a view to developing new products &amp; distribution channels 2. Own end to end product scoping, build &amp; go live for the agreed constructs 3. Work with product and engineering teams to build &amp; deliver the agreed constructs 4. Proactive resolution of emergent issues to deliver the project within time and budget constraints 5. Astute team management and leadership to build consensus in the face of conflicts 6. Program manage pilots launches and establish business benefits before&nbsp;full scale national roll-out 7. Timely and clear communication to all stakeholders - partners, sponsors, leadership and CFT 8. Jointly develop GTM (Go-To-Market) plans internally / externally across product, Circle &amp; other teams Skills : 1. Relentless obsession for customers &amp; ability to understand customer motivations/behaviour &amp; ability to translate this learning to design the right experience for the end-user 2. Ability to manage senior level executives in large organizations (external partners) 3. Strong negotiation skills to ensure creation of a win-win business deal for both partners 4. Cross functional co-ordination skills to manage internal cross-functional teams. 5. Ability to drive the business agenda by influencing the internal stakeholders without a direct reporting relationship 6. Ability to drive large scale complex project and an entrepreneurial approach to solving&nbsp;problems 7. Excellent communication skills with expertise in MS excel and MS power-point. Work Experience : 1. Experience in building/ managing partnerships &amp; programs around OTT /digital/Ecom platforms to drive growth 2. Program management experience of driving large scale projects &amp; managing external / internal stakeholders
