Purpose of the Job:  - To manage airtel business relationship with the Airtel India SBU's (Mobility, EGB &SMB ) to drive the IDD, ITFS /SMS and VAS business for both segment B2C and B2B2C.   - Architect, conceptualize and drive go to market activities to achieve agreed AOP of INR 7000 Mn for financial, operational and customer service excellence in FY 2015-16..  - Drive short term and long term Strategies, U&R activity for Airtel on-net base along with respective SBU /Circle for on-net traffic growth for IDD /ITFS /HCD .  - Design and drive promotional strategies /Mar-comm activities for growth of IDD /ITFS / SMS / Global VAS during the targeted seasonal period /festive season .  Deliverables:  Direct Revenue responsibility :   - The annual targets are divided month-wise / quarter wise & the same are reviewed on weekly basis using the SFDC so that the targets are met within timelines & regular feedback is provided.  U & R responsibility :   - Identify opportunities based on inputs from the market / revenue planning and business operation/engagement team.   - Identify possible road blocks and hindrances in enhancing usage and retention in the respective B2B & B2C Domain, and devise strategies to ensure overcoming the roadblocks like.   - Elasticity of market   - Per unit cost of reaching out to customers  - Constantly stay updated on the market development with competitor activities in the world of telecom, and technologies to be able to recommend suitable actions to respective Business unit.  - Recommend new opportunities on VAS, based on understanding of market and customer requirements.  - Cascading the up selling pitch of generating - incremental customer experience-, through active engagement with the operations team at Regional geographies of respective SBU .  Customer lifecycle Management by building operational Synergy and resource Optimization :   - Engage the business operations team to enable enhancing and retaining of revenue through increased transaction size & expand the customer base.   - Enabling regional /geographical initiative by introducing new plans and promotions to attract new customers & resource optimization.  - Deploying appropriate mechanisms of engaging with customers through innovative communication methods.   - Facilitate identification segments based on usage patterns, and requirements raised by customers, to enable up selling.   - Engage with business teams, new product vertical to ensure the high availability of VAS services.   - Periodically monitor business performance & product penetration at national level, identify problem areas, suggests corrective measures and presents key issues to senior management for decision.   Educational Level Must have: MBA  Working Experience : 4-6 years of work experience with min 2 years in Telecom Domain & Customer facing role for 3-4 years
