Key activities :

- Driving Distribution parameters such as AOL & TOL across regions

- Reducing KRO dependency (% sales thru KROs)

- Running SIP across regions in conjunction with the central distribution team

- Improving Sales & Service infrastructure to give us a +1 over competition.

- Running Project Vistaar and Project 1.3.8

- Vetting new SSD proposals for their viability & sustenance. Evaluating partner attrition and taking steps to reduce the same.
