Purpose
Regional Technology Service Group head would be working closely with the team to enhance the organization's market position in N&E and achieve growth targets across all technology verticals .He/she will develop customer relationships, identify and qualify business opportunities, play key role in bid management and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions of Specific Technology Vertical (Infrastructure Services, Unified Communication, Mobility Solution, Cloud Solutions) to achieve long-term EGB N&E goal. The incumbent will work with the marketing team and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for their organization. Understanding the Client Business Process, present Technology Services Solution, convert them into Opportunities will be a critical element. He/she and the team will be required to make presentations to clients/CXOs on solutions and services that meet or predict their clients- future needs
Deliverables:
- Funnel Generation : The person would be responsible for overall funnel management & order booking across the new technology verticals through a team of subject matter experts- Enterprise architects and is expected to lead from the front in large opportunities.
- Partner Management: Drive customer and partner satisfaction through well stitched techno-commercial propositions, providing responsive service to customer issues, integrating partners into the sales process and building relationships with key customer technology and OEM partners in the region.
- KPO Management: He/she will also lead a team of Solution Architects in the region who will deliver technical proposals for core services through a well stitched process and also interface with and delivery for smooth experience of customer
- Business Acumen: Well versed with major technologies across different industry verticals & shaping up potential opportunities, financial acumen to sharply identify and cease relevant business opportunities. Would be responsible for engaging at the CXO level
- Business Development: Proactively initiate Business Requirements by discussing needs with Clients and conducting interviews/ workshops with Business Users to better understand the business opportunities.
- Capability Development and Certification: Will be responsible for capability development of his/ her team members.
Major Challenges :
- Incumbent needs to appreciate the current challenges involved in emerging products and ability of cross functional teams to deliver as per customer expectations.
- Therefore need to work in alignment with different stakeholders (internal and external) and get the desired business outcome.
- Technology being new to the market, growth of business and continuous motivation to keep customer engaged and close loop the deals.
