Purpose of Job-
The incumbent will be responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of the business in the circle.
Key Deliverables-
1. Airtel money P&L owner for the circles with responsibility of strategic and operational aspects of the circle
2. Rollout of demand generation programs for various use-cases to enable targeted acquisition of customers
3. Acquisition of customers across various use cases through marketing and sales program
4. Ensuring right quality of customers acquired across the zones
5. Getting new B2C and B2B merchant signed up cross identified use-cases as per national strategy
6. People management- with sales and functional airtel money team reporting to the incumbent
Work Experience:
- At least 8-12 years working experience. Desirable that at least 2 year should be in telecom sales.
Educational Qualifications:
- A recognized postgraduate degree in Management (preferably from a premier institute) with specialization in Marketing.
