AM- Content Personalization (WYNK)

About the role - 

Personalized content for every user would be an area of significant investment in Wynk Product in 2019 with objective to drive higher consumer engagement and retention. As a first step in the personalization platform journey, a framework has been developed which allows content team to create personalized home page for different consumer cohorts.

Key Deliverables - 

- This incumbent would drive multiple A/B experiments with personalized content for different consumer cohorts and continuously drive up the user engagement.

- Incumbent would work closely with Product Team, Data Science team and Content editorial team to drive the personalization agenda.

- Driving customer engagement via personalization of the Apps.

- Working closely with the Consumer insights/analytics team.

Ideal candidate should have - 

- 2 to 4 years of experience in Marketing / UNR / Product / Analytics

- Strong understanding of A/B or CG/TG experiments and track record of driving up the business impact by continuously scaling up the successful experiments

- Interest in Music

- MBA from Tier 1/2 Institute.

- Industry : App Companies, Consumer Internet, OTT Players
